Ben Gibbs - Founder
From a very early age I loved cars and also loved art and drawing. I have been a Graphic Designer working in the Collector Car world for some 30 years now.
Born in 1975, my parents owned a typical petrol station franchise. Fuel pumps, truck stop cafe, car sales, car recovery and car servicing and repair all in one place. The fuel pumps were closed on Sundays! So our Sundays were spent riding our BMXs around the forecourt and climbing in and out of smashed cars or cars we had for sale. It was a lot of fun for a kid who loved cars and bikes. When not doing that, I was drawing cars and looking at my dads car brochures.
After studying design I landed a job at Brooks Auctioneers in 1996 designing their auction catalogues and adverts, also working at all the auctions around the UK and Europe. This is where I made many connections including Simon Kidston and Max Girardo, who I work with to this day. Many other connections were made including David Burgess-Wise, the writer and historian. Thanks to David I got to design many car books through the years.
Move forward to the present day and I still spend Sundays riding my bike (not a BMX anymore sadly), and I still love looking through car books and brochures, I have a bit of a collection going. But these days I also design them for a living! Its a great pleasure and every book or brochure we design has proper 'car guy' passion behind it.
I now live in the borough of Richmond in West London with my wife and two daughters. My tatty old 911 996 C4, BMW R1200 GS Rallye motorcycle and a number of modern and vintage bicycles.

A life long love of cars, art, bikes, driving and riding makes me a lucky man to be designing books and brochures in this Collector Car world today.

Bren and I go back to the mid 1990s. Both studying Design and both drinking with a big group of friends. Great times were had by all.
We have been working together now for over a decade, and as a team, we produce our best work. Each time pushing that bit further, and making things that bit better.
Bren is a very talented designer and illustrator, giving us a strong offering for any design project. Any illustration work you see in our work is hand drawn by Bren. No AI here!
Bren lives in Scotland with his wife and two daughters and a camper van. Also a keen cyclist tackling bigger hills then me!
